Platform security
Interview recordings and assessment data are stored on Google Cloud Storage infrastructure — not on local servers or shared drives.
Reviewers see only their assigned queue. Admissions staff manage their own workspace. Agents see only their own students. No cross-workspace data access.
Each interview link is unique to a specific student. Links can expire, and access codes can be required for additional verification.
AdmitVoice does not use AI to score, rank, or make decisions about applicants. Every score and recommendation comes from a human reviewer on your team.
All platform actions — invitations sent, recordings submitted, assessments completed — are logged with timestamps and user attribution.
