Reviewer notes
Clear course motivation, articulate, no concerns about intent.
Three reviewer roles
Full access — manages users, settings, billing, and can see all interviews and reviews across the workspace.
Manages the interview workflow — creates questions, sends links, monitors queue status, generates reports, and exports results.
Watches recordings and submits structured assessments — scores, notes, flags, and recommendations. Sees only what's assigned to them.
What reviewers can do
Play back the student's recorded responses alongside the questions they were asked — in the same view, no switching between tabs.
Score each dimension your admissions team cares about — course fit, motivation, communication, background — whatever criteria you configure.
Free-text fields for reviewer notes, strengths, concerns, and overall assessment. Attached to the record, not in an email.
Flag interviews that need a second look, escalation, or further information before a recommendation can be made.
Recommend / Recommend with conditions / Do not recommend — controlled vocabulary so results can be compared and exported consistently.
If a student submitted multiple recording attempts, reviewers see each one and can choose which to assess.
