The full workflow
Create a question set in AdmitVoice — text prompts your students will record responses to. Set time limits per question. The same questions go to every student in that intake.
Generate a unique interview link per student and send it however you like — email, your student portal, or through your education agent. Students don't need an account.
Students click the link, review the questions, and record their responses on their laptop or desktop. If they prefer mobile, they scan a QR code and record on their phone using the AdmitVoice app. Multiple attempts are allowed — only the submitted attempt is reviewed.
Completed interviews appear in your reviewer queue. Reviewers watch each recording, score across your criteria, add notes and flags, and record a recommendation. Everything stays attached to the student record.
Generate a downloadable assessment report per student (Pro), export results to CSV, or feed your CRM. Your team makes the final call with a complete picture of every candidate.
