Technology for the human side of admissions.

AdmitVoice is a technology company building interview and assessment tools for international student admissions. We help colleges, universities and agents hear the person behind the application, review their answers with care and keep a clear record of the assessment.

What drives us

AdmitVoice is operated by Emma Infotech Pty Ltd.

Admissions team reviewing a student interview together
Technology supports the conversation. People make the decision.

Every application has a story that forms cannot tell.

International students are often asked to explain important choices across borders and time zones. Admissions teams need to understand those choices, but live interviews for every applicant can take hours of coordination before a conversation even begins.

We built AdmitVoice around a simpler idea: let students answer meaningful questions on their own time, then give the people responsible for admissions a consistent way to review what they said. The result is more room for student voice and less time lost arranging calls.

Our mission

Make thoughtful student assessment practical for every intake.

Our vision

An admissions process where every international applicant can explain their plans in their own words, and every reviewer has the time and context to listen.

The principles behind the product.

These values shape the questions we ask, the workflows we build and the claims we make about what technology can do.

01

Give students a voice

A person should have the chance to explain their course choice, experience and goals beyond a set of documents.

02

Keep people accountable

Institutions choose the questions. Human reviewers examine the answers and make the recommendation or decision.

03

Make the evidence clear

Scores should sit beside observations, strengths, concerns and a written explanation that another person can understand.

04

Respect everyone’s time

Students should not need to arrange a call at an unreasonable hour. Staff should spend their time reviewing answers, not chasing calendars.

Our ethics in practice.

Student interviews can influence important decisions. We design the record to help reviewers explain their reasoning, recognise uncertainty and ask for more information when needed.

  • Human judgement stays central. AdmitVoice does not automatically score applicants or make admissions decisions.
  • A score needs context. Reviewers can document the evidence behind their assessment, including concerns and positive findings.
  • An interview has limits. A recorded answer is one part of an application. The assessment report supports institutional review; it is not a visa decision.
  • Recordings deserve care. Student answers contain personal information. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle it.
See how review works

Built for the people on both sides of the interview.

Colleges and universities need a dependable way to review students at scale. Education and migration agents need a clear path for the students they support. Applicants need room to prepare and speak for themselves. AdmitVoice brings those needs into one interview process.
