Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada's designated learning institutions list covers post-secondary schools approved by a provincial or territorial government to host international students. It can be searched by school, city or province.
For a study permit application, IRCC says a student needs a letter of acceptance from a designated learning institution. The list also gives each post-secondary institution's DLI number.
